Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By creating an MLOStack account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an employer, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
MLOStack provides website hosting, calculator widgets, lead collection, and CRM software for licensed mortgage professionals ("the service"). We may update features at any time. Material removals will be announced 30 days in advance.
3. Compliance responsibility
You are solely responsible for the lawful operation of your mortgage business, including NMLS, state licensing, RESPA, ECOA, Reg Z, Reg X, TCPA, and Fair Housing compliance. MLOStack provides tools that help you comply (NMLS display, disclaimers, consent fields) but does not give legal or compliance advice and is not a party to any loan transaction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: violate any law; publish false, deceptive, or discriminatory content; circumvent rate limits or security controls; resell the service without our written consent; or transmit unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM or TCPA.
5. Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Setup fees are one-time. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension after 7 days.
6. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing cycle. Annual plans do not prorate. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation to allow for export.
7. Content ownership
You own all content you publish. You grant MLOStack a limited license to host, display, and back up that content for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Lead ownership & TCPA
You own the leads collected through your forms and are the controller of that data. You are responsible for obtaining and honoring lead consent in accordance with TCPA and applicable state laws.
9. Warranties & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLOStack's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
Delaware law governs. Venue: Wilmington, DE.
